The Developers of Argentea, in considering the master plan, elected to retain the natural waterway 'Delaney’s Creek' and retain one third of the site as natural bushland corridors with large green open spaces.  

The Developer has worked closely with Dr. Marten Cohen and have created 'A field guide to Argentea'. This publication identifies a numeous native plants and animals found on the estate.

Argentea is linked with a two metre wide pathway allowing residents to walk right around the estate, down to the playground and across boardwalks to Palm Cove Beach.
